My trainer would push me to go for 25LBS, I'd try to haggle for 15. If he would tell me to deadlift 60LBs, I would negotiate 50 or 40. I didn't want to not be able to succeed.
I would over-analyze a situation and end up never making a decision. I literally float through situations and just ignore the fact that anything needs to be done. It sucks, really.
While I may not look it, I am borderline overweight and this is the heaviest I have ever been. Honestly, I don't even know how it happened.
